Youth deserve access to opportunity. The success of a community depends on how well youth are prepared for the future. Our programs are designed to do just that.

CREAN empowers youth to effectively participate in the political, social, economic, and environmental decisions affecting their lives. Since 1989, we have helped thousands of underrepresented youth get on successful pathways to higher education and careers.

We provide regular workshops on a variety of topics (i.e. job skills training, financial literacy, digital entrepreneurship training, leadership training, etc), paid internships, employment placements, and free bus tickets.
