Mental Health During the Holidays & Access to Services

Our second panel in a series of 5: a discussion on mental health during the holidays and how we can take and seek care for ourselves during this time.
This event is one of 5 panel sessions under the Anti-Racism Data Legislation Grant.

During this discussion, we will be talking about a variety of issues surrounding mental health and the impacts these issues have on youth, specifically racialized youth.

Whether you have personal experience in the topic, expertise through your work, or just want to learn more about the impacts of racism and mental health on our lives - all are welcome and speaking is not mandatory!
